La Rencontre des Chefs 2016

I wanted to share my experience at the Rencontre des Chefs 2016, held at the Beau-Rivage Geneva last March 14th.

LA CANTINETTA ANTINORI at Fairmont Le MONTREUX PALACE

It is time for a new event at the legendary Fairmont Le Montreux Palace.  This time the MP’s Bar & Grill will be transformed in Cantinetta Antinori Montreux, and will be followed by an extended program inspired by Tuscany, it’s gastronomy and the outstanding.

Together with the resident chef Risser and the restaurant’s director, the Cantinetta Antinori has selected known personalities to be presents during the events.  March 4th and 5th , Matia Barciulli will be delivering  an exclusive dinner with typical Tuscan cuisine, never seen before at MP Bar & Grill. In order to savor and enjoy this unique dinner, a selection of the Antinori house will be available a-la-carte.

Every evening of the duration of the event there will be a wine degustation from 18h – 19h at the lounge  for the hotel and restaurant’s guests. This will give the opportunity to discover the Grand Cru of the day.MP's Bar & Grill Cantinetta Antinori
