Travel the world in 80 days with La Réserve Geneva

Last week I was invited to Russia, but do not worry I did not need a visa for this trip. It was right here in Geneva!

Yes, this is here in Geneva!

La Réserve Geneva as part of their Around the World in 80 Days (France was already a guest) invited Chef Vladimir Mukhin from Russia.

Chef Mukhin leads the White Rabbit in Moscou, recently named 18th best restaurant in the World!

Amuse Bouche

I was very lucky to be there to try his cuisine! He was only there for a couple of days in February (it is now over), you can of course go to Russia and try these plates, since he was creating some of his specialty dishes right here!

The Starters:

Abkhazian persimmon, goat cheese, mousse & horse sausage (in this case it was chorizo)

Marinated Trout in cowberry, cucumber & horseradish

Siberian Scallops, hummus & tangerine Sauce (this was my FAVEEEEE)

Main Courses:

Halibut, pumpkin gnocchi, goat cheese & truffle sauce

Mussels, onions foam & cider jelly


(from up to bottom) Tangerine & crisp honey, Russian red fruits sorbet, sheep milk mousse, lavender jelly & meringue, Sorrel Pana cotta, tonic jelly and tarragon.

However, you can still enjoy this Flavour and Gourmet Festival in La Réserve Geneva with the next guest: Morocco! The Chef of the Mamounia (simply the best hotel in Marrakech) will be presenting an exceptional menu from February 27th to March 5th!

Also do not miss the last one on the list, from March 14th – 16th The Cos Dinners will take place together with wines from Cos d’Estournel!
