Welcome again to the blog! I was thinking again of the judgment people have about Geneva (a boring city, nothing goes on, super expensive, etc etc). However, for me it is the complete opposite! I do not have time to do all the things I would like to. Yesterday for example, we went to the theater; it had been AGES since last time.. because we do not have any time to go.

Also I think you create your own city, you make friends, you find activities, you dig into the hidden cool places there are and you build your own social life (as you build you happiness too). If you do not like it, I think it is a matter of time and adaptation, talk to people, create circles and be positive and friendly.

Apart from feeding half of Geneva on a daily basis they now opened a HEALTHY breakfast bar. Which is super cool, since we do not always have time to prepare ourselves a proper breakfast, and since breakfast is our most important meal of the day we should really not skip this.
Yasmina, was clear on this, so she started this Breakfast Bar.
First, you choose a BASE: Granola or oats. After you add either yogurt or lactose free milk. THEN you add all the lovely things you like, for example… bownie cubes, dates, carrot cake, almonds, nuts, dried fruit. AFTER, we move to the sweet side of things, you can add honey, brown sugar or maple sirop….AND the best part is the toppings!! Flaxseeds, coco powder, goji seeds, chia seeds, tumeric, cacao powder, bee polen and more!
