Restaurant: BOCO – Michelin Star chefs in a Jar…

Hello readers!

I would like to share this new concept I came across the other day passing by; BOCO (translation: jar).12 - Geneva blog- Boco GENEVE

The concept grew in Paris while the 2 siblings Vincent and Simon Ferniot had a dream to share amazing recipes of Michelin Star chefs and talented Pastry chefs to a wider number of people! Make it BIG and bring down the barriers of being able to do a fast and delicious cuisine and still make it gastronomic and affordable for everyone!11 - Geneva blog- Boco GENEVE

To make the story short, they opened a Franchise here in Geneva a couple of weeks ago to make us discover this new concept. Of course I had to go and try it myself! The idea is to bring world known Chefs’ recipes into JARS, here is were the word BOCO comes from. And sell it as a fast-food, but GOOD-FOOD type of concept 🙂 The idea also is to create a place were you can go grab, share, take home and it englobes GOOD FOOD. They have a seasonal menu that is fresh and well-thought for everyone. 09 - Geneva blog- Boco GENEVE

They have many options of cold, starters, warm dishes and mains and desserts. You either have the choice to create your own menu OR have the menu of the day with Starter – Main – Dessert for 30 CHF (which is a good deal for Geneva).05 - Geneva blog- Boco GENEVE

Not much to say aside that the Artichokes I had were absolutely delicious and the dessert too! It was a chocolate mousse with orange chutney that was very tasty. I really recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy, delicious and quick lunch!

NOTE: You can either buy to take away or eat there, the local is very cute and well arranged and can be a good place for a quick business lunch. Fast, yummy and healthy!

Hi! This might be a really long shot, but I just moved to Geneva (perhaps only for this summer) and I don’t really know anybody from here. So if you need somebody to take photos (even though you don’t do that much outfit photos do you) or if you are interested to meet someone English speaking and really lost girl or you need company to try out some restaurant etc, please let me know! 🙂

Yes! It changes from every concept we see right?
I believe the best option is to go for the menu!
      Thank you for passing by!
