I was invited for their official opening a couple of weeks ago, and I had the chance to meet the BBQ chef Peter de Clercq and have a little interview with him! He has written several books about grill techniques, recipes and lifestyle, he also won the World Champion BBQ in 2003 with his Belgian team. Let’s start with the interview so you know more about this passionate chef!
