How is life during Summer in Geneva? I am loving this weather and the amount of sunlight and terraces popping everywhere around the city.
But as much as I love being in a terrace and under the sunlight, sometimes you just want to enjoy a peaceful place with healthy food, calming and relaxing surroundings and soft vibe.
I have talked a on my instagram about Insens the past months, but I wanted to share more deeply why I love this place and why I am so in love with their new terrace and restaurant opening in partnership with Ou bien Encore; a vegan-gluten-free restaurant in Geneva
I hope you will enjoy the article!
First things first… what is Insens? Well, that is not a so easy answers since it is many things at the same time but also resumes to one: a Peaceful place were all your body is taken care of.. from the inside out!
Well, I hope that did not leave you on the same channel. At Insens they offer a wide variety of services that go from YOGA & Pilates courses that are highly exclusive and there is always a limited amount of people attending.
I attended the Bodybalance course and was super happy with it, it is based on Pilates with other methods and it’s objective is to relax and stretch the muscles. You feel so good after it!
Insens also offers massages of different kinds, from lymphatic to specialised for back pain or relaxing only. The marvellous thing is that they adapt the massages to your request & needs, and can also provide one specific for your issues or objectives.
I love that they have special rooms for the different types of massages, look at the photo below!
About the food
The brand new thing happening this month is the opening their restaurant in partnership with Ou Bien Encore! An already known and stablished vegan and gluten-free restaurant in Geneva.
I went last week to try and also to enjoy their amazing terrace, isolated from the city … in an oasis of calm and peacefulness.
The restaurant looks more like a living room, cozy and welcoming. You clearly see your self there enjoying a bowl or a smoothie after your Pilates class.
The terrace is spacious and full of light. Since it is on the top floor you have a lovely view of the roofs around and it is very peaceful.
The whole center is located on the fifth floor of the building so you have open views on Geneva and other near-by buildings… there is a Parisian feel to it ♥
The desserts are Vegan and Gluten-free… YES you read right… V-E-G-A-N & G-L-U-T-E-N-F-R-E-E! So exciting I know! I invite you to check the photos below…. I took them when I was there, it is not like a super worked photo with lights and stuff… they do look like that!
