Lately I have been obsessed about food haven’t I? I really need to start looking for more shopping, beauty & events… well, you know I love food that is not surprise. That is why I am happy to share with you this very special gastronomical event that will take place in the Italian part of Switzerland – Ticino!
Sapori Ticino brings together the best chefs together to create unique experiences and dishes to the shores of Lugano and all over Ticino to delight it’s guest and chefs coming from all over!
First we had a little cocktail, champagne Laurent Perrier (Cuvee brut) and finger food to start. (Salmon, foie gras and more!)
I was happy to see the team of Swiss Deluxe Hotels, meet personally Dany Stauffacher and the chefs Philippe Bourrel , Dario Ranza du Villa Principe Leopoldo à Lugano (17 points GaultMillau), Lorenzo Albrici du Restaurant Locanda Orico à Bellinzona (16 points GaultMillau) and Domenico Ruberto de l’hôtel Splendide Royal Lugano.
Our dinner at Le Richemond started with a warm welcome from Dany Stauffacher the founder and CEO of Sapori Ticino. Then we had the general manager of Le Richemond Christophe Hilty that said a few words and then we moved on to our dinner!
We started with a delicious Grilled Lobster Tail:
Then we had a Pollak filet with a potato mousse and herbs
As a main course we had a Risotto Gran Riserva Gallo with Ossobuco
To end with a sweet note we have a Royal Gala with lemon and strawberry Movenpick sobert
And last but not least! Caille chocolates!
