We have officially kissed goodbye to summer and we are getting used to cooler mornings, aren’t we? For me the next thing to look forward is Christmas season! Since it is still 10 weeks away, we have to find a way to fast it forward!

Last week I tried the a new concept at the InterContinental Genève in collaboration with Caviar House & Prunier. The concept is aimed to bring Caviar accessible to everyone, without boundaries or cliches and enjoy it in a cozy and welcoming environment. The place could not be better than Le Fumoir from the InterContinental Genève. Do you remember I visited the InterContinental Genève a couple of months away in my hotel report? —> link . Well when I visited the Poolside was opened, but Le Fumoir was closed (they open and close depending on the season), so this was the perfect opportunity to close up the full visit of the hotel!
So in order to taste this unique concept the meeting is every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm at the Fumoir (located in the first floor to the right) to taste the celebrated #CaviarShots by 10grm of exquisite Caviar. You can delight this with either champagne (my fav) or the Russian way with a shot of Vodka! Or try any of the fabulous cocktails the talented team prepares with great pleasure.

It simple, it is casual, it is fun and of course distinctive! And it makes us step to the Christmas season in an elegant yet spontaneous way of seeing things!

PS- I discovered that the best way to eat Caviar is actually direclty in you hand “Royal way” like this you do not have the taste of metal! Shot!
