Ahhh Barcelona Barcelona, it is quite a cool city right? I have always been divided between Madrid and Barcelona, I have to admit that I LOVE MADRID and always enjoy going there. But this time Barcelona enchanted me somehow… was it the weather? The places I went? The beach? I am not sure, but it left me wanting more!
We stayed in a lovely Airbnb between La Sagrada Familia and the Ramblas and all that. I looked for a lot of hotels, but could not find one that adapted to our budget or needs. So I decided to go for this Lovely and stylish flat! It was fantastic to fell at “Home”, we would arrive and have a drink, have breakfast together and chill, and the apartment was so lovely that we did not mind to rest and chat in there.
Direct link to the apartment.
We mostly had breakfast at our place, so I do not have cool places for breakfast. However I have super cool places for lunch and dinner:
2.- Agust – GastroBar
A lovely & super trendy place to have lunch and specially dinner! My favourite thing about it (and what actually made me go there) was this amazing Cactus dessert! It was sorbet inside and white chocolate outside! Simply explosive!

3.- The Boca Grande
A UNIQUE place to have dinner-go-out. The decor is MAGESTIC and very very original, if you plan to go there you should not be afraid of loud music, heavy drinking & higher prices. In return you will have a trendy place, party atmosphere and a THE-PLACE-TO-BE feeling…. I took the deal, and you?

4.- El Chiringuito del Pez Vela
This place is heaven on earth, the view is so surprising. You can’t believe you are actually in a city! Just 20 min from our place we arrived to Pez Vela, sat down and just wowed to the view. They have a 35 EUR menu that includes Salad, Paella, Ice-Cream dessert, water & glass of wine, can we ask for anything more? Yes! The place is Uber cool 🙂

5.- El Viti
Loved the laid-back atmosphere and the delicious tapas! The decoration is urban-modern with brick walls and marble tables… we love that dont we? The best is that it was literally next to our apartment so it was super convenient to just walk across the street and eat there!
